Gap Analysis and Planning

We analyze your current Quality Management System and evaluate it in a full Diagnosis Audit conducted in accordance with the concerned standards. This audit allows us to:

  • - define the gap between your actual management system and the standard's requirements
  • - define needed actions
  • - identify processes and the documents that need to be prepared

Once the Gap Analysis is complete, an action plan is prepared in collaboration with your management representative and is then discussed with the management and is accordingly adopted throughout the firm.

Internal Quality Audits

Internal Quality Audits MAP CONSULTING trains your Internal Quality Auditors in I.S.O norms. These auditors will monitor the implementation of your QMS and the management of processes to ensure the system is continuously monitored and improved. In conjunction with this, we help you plan, execute and control Quality Audits.

Pre-Assessment Before Certification

Before you apply for certification, we conduct a pre-assessment under similar conditions to an official Registration Audit. This evaluates the established QMS and guarantees success.

Management Training

All managers at your company will be informed about the standard's requirements and trained on the implementation in their respective departments. This training will reinforce the managers’ commitment towards the implementation of the new Quality Management System (QMS).

Documentary System Preparation

The members of your committee and other employees will be trained to edit quality documents as well as how to manage processes. These people will prepare your documentary system under the supervision and coaching of our consultants. In addition to working closely with your team, we also provide you with all the procedures and manuals for the Quality Management System.

Processes and Documentation Review and Approval

IMPLEMENTATION OF ACUTE HOSPITAL ACCREDITATION STANDARDS

Throughout the implementation of the project, MAP Consulting's consultants are
committed to answering your needs via the following essential activities

Gap Analysis and Planning

During this phase your hospital's Management System is analyzed and evaluated with a full Diagnosis Audit in accordance with the accreditation standards of the MOPH. This encompasses four major areas:

  • - the availability of documentation, processes, procedures and medical protocols
  • - the availability of human resources and their competencies
  • - the adaptability of the infrastructure and its influence on patient safety
  • - the availability of medical equipment to ensure patient safety
